ABOUT THERAPY

A few things to know about therapy:
Therapy can be a validating and eye-opening experience. Much is explored, and clarified in the therapeutic relationship.  You have the safe space to do that.  Therapy offers a new perspective; bringing awareness and healing. It’s your sacred place to be heard, seen, and understood.  Taking this leap, and prioritizing your personal growth can be rewarding!

In a safe and compassionate environment, I work with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as loss, depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship struggles, trauma.
